I've been proud to call Florida home for most of my life and have lived in the beautiful state capital of Tallahassee since 2010.
This city has captured my heart with its quiet, family-friendly southern charm and the electrifying spirit of Seminole football.
It's truly a wonderful place to live, work, and raise a family.
I'm a proud parent to three amazing children, and when I'm not working, you'll often find me on the sidelines of a soccer field
cheering them on, volunteering at local public schools, or exploring new destinations. My greatest joy comes from serving others,
whether it's through community involvement or my work in real estate.

Hi! I'm John Bilich, a dedicated real estate agent and proud resident of Tallahassee, Florida. Originally from the
charming town of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, I now call this beautiful city my home. Alongside my wonderful wife, Susan,
and our two teenage sons, Evan and Jaxson, I've embraced all that Tallahassee has to offer.
With a passion for helping families find their dream homes, I bring a unique blend of local insight and personal
experience to the table. You may recognize me from my appearance on the popular HGTV show, House Hunters.
My journey from Pennsylvania to Florida was caught on camera for all to see. (Season 196 Ep.9) This experience
has equipped me with a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of those relocating, as well as a keen eye
for spotting the hidden gems within our local market.
In addition to my real estate expertise, I have a background in home remodeling projects. This hands-on experience
allows me to provide valuable insights on potential renovations and improvements, helping you make informed decisions
about your investment. I also stay active in the community by officiating wrestling, a role that keeps me connected
and engaged with local families.
